Shivesh Mishra is a film director, cinematographer and visual artist who hails from Indore, ‘the Cleanest City of India’. An immaculate storyteller with extensive experience in both film and television production, Mishra thrives on exploration of multi-cultural stories across genres, fiction or non-fiction. As an independent filmmaker, he has worked on projects ranging from shorts to features, commercials to documentaries and music videos. He has been part of a Netflix series called "Daughters of Destiny" directed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Vanessa Roth. ‘The Connection’ was a finalist in the Istanbul International Architecture and Urban Film Festival and was included as an official selection at the Venice Architecture Film Festival in 2021.

His film "The Connection" was selected for screening at Foça Film Days 2022.
